Frequently Asked Questions

Clients will be invited to a secure portal that manages billing, provides receipts for services and sends documents for review.  Clients are required to have a card on file through the secure billing portal for fees and co-pay. Insurance will be verified before our first session, typically within 1-3 days of our initial consultation. 

Good Faith Estimate:

• You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. 
• Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. 
• You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. 
• You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. 
• If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

Your time is incredibly valuable to me, and I set aside our time without distractions or overlapping bookings. To ensure a smooth experience, I have implemented the following policies.

• If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
• Failure to provide a 24-hour notice will result in a $50 late cancellation fee.
• No show will result in a charge for full session fee.
